This project focuses on informal learning, which plays a crucial role in personal and professional development. Informal learning includes the acquisition of knowledge and skills outside of formal educational institutions, such as through self-study, everyday experiences, social interactions, and informal networks. The goal is to capture the facets of informal learning, evaluate its effectiveness, and develop methods for promoting and recognizing these learning processes. Despite universal access to formal education, there is a need for improvement in the quality and relevance of the education system. There is also a demand for more flexible forms of recognition for non-formal and informal educational achievements. The project aims to develop a deeper understanding of the dynamics of lifelong learning and to further evolve the education system accordingly.

We are implementing this project with partners from Italy, the Czech Republic and Romania until November 30, 2026.
